    Europe

I fell head over heels in love with Europe the first time I traveled there, and that love affair is still going strong.

Though I have only visited seven countries out of the 44 that make up Europe today, I have been to several of those countries multiple times.

I spent five days traveling along the Romantic Road in Germany, definitely a trip for your bucket list!

I've explored things to do in Basel Switzerland and spent one day in Holland on a Viking Rhine River Cruise. I spent one day in Budapest where I first tasted Sacher Torte. I had to make it and you should, too!

I can't wait to go back and visit the rest of Europe. Croatia and Spain are at the top of my list!

If you have plans of heading to Amsterdam, you must spend one day in Holland. One of the toughest things about travel for me is that I want to fit everything in. The planning part of a trip is not easy when you want to see everything!

One day in Basel Switzerland is not enough, but one day in any new country leaves me wanting more. Our trip with Viking Cruises began in Basel where we would journey up the Rhine River ending in Amsterdam.
