Entrees are a pretty popular topic in our house. Oftentimes, we fend for ourselves for breakfast and lunch, but when it comes to dinner, we need to talk about it!

I think one of our favorite dinner dishes is this braised beef roast. I read about it in a book about Italy and went out and bought the ingredients that day! It was such an incredible meal!
We also eat this roasted chicken and vegetables on a regular basis. And at least once a week, we go with a vegetarian meal. This vegan bowl with kale and sweet potato is so delicious and super healthy.
