    Appetizers & Cocktails

    Everyone needs to have recipes for easy appetizers and cocktails. Whether you're empty nesters like us, or you have guests over occasionally, appetizers are my go-to!

    We have appetizers for dinner once a week. Sometimes we just don't feel like eating a big meal and would rather graze on small plates.

    We will make a batch of Vietnamese spring rolls or shrimp summer rolls and the only other thing we need is a cocktail like this Raspberry Moscow Mule or a glass of wine!

    Sometimes we will have a dip like this vegan hummus or red pepper dip, both of which I ate so much of in Jordan and never tired of it! Add in my best bruschetta recipe and we've got a meal.
