Best Restaurants in Disney Springs Florida

Looking for a list of the best restaurants in Disney Springs Florida? I’ve got you! As I live just 90 minutes from the Disney World theme parks, we visit Disney Springs every chance we get.

I have personally eaten at every restaurant listed here. If it’s not listed, it does not by any means indicate that it is not good, it’s simply that I have not eaten there yet!

What is Disney Springs?

Disney Springs, changed from Downtown Disney in recent years, is a Disney themed shopping and food mecca located in Orlando not far from the Walt Disney World Parks. You’ll find 101 places to shop and many of your favorite stores like Anthropologie and Lilly Pulitzer.

The real draw to Disney Springs is the Disney themed shopping, like Disney Pin Traders, DisneyStyle, and Goofy’s Candy Company. These are the best places to get those gifts for Disney fans. Don’t miss the LEGO store. It’s truly one of a kind!

Disney Springs also has live entertainment and special events throughout all 4 neighborhoods: Marketplace, The Landing, Town Center, and West Side. Maps are available in each area to help you get around, or you can ask a friendly cast member for help.

My favorite part about this destination is the food, which is why I put together my own list of best Disney Springs restaurants. From celebrity chefs like Guy Fieri to America’s most popular Irish Pub, there’s a lot of tasting to do!

Location

Disney Springs is located at 1486 Buena Vista Drive, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. You’ll find it on the east side of Disney World, not far from the Typhoon Lagoon. Just follow the signs from I-4 and take exit 67 if you’re coming in on the Interstate.

Once you arrive, parking is easy at Disney Springs. As you’re driving along Buena Vista Boulevard, look at the digital signs for details on capacity of different garages.

Some garages may be full, but I’ve never had a problem getting a spot. Busiest times are evenings, weekends, and holidays.

I do have a Price Point Range Guide but take into account that any time you’re at a resort area, alcohol can get very pricey. I saw a cocktail on one of these menus that was $19, so it almost seems unfair to give them an inexpensive rating.

Prices are based on entrees so pay attention to those signature drinks!

Blaze Pizza

These artisanal pizzas are always so delicious! We have a location near where I live (check out the best restaurants in Sarasota) and we’ve enjoyed it every time we’ve visited.

Create your own pizza or try one of their amazing signature pizzas. Blaze prides their use of no artificial ingredients, and it shows. Salads and desserts are also available.

This is always a good choice for a quick meal as the pizzas are cooked to perfection in 180 seconds flat!

The BOATHOUSE

This upscale restaurant is perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the Florida weather, which is pretty amazing almost every day of the year.

The Boathouse specializes in seafood (including a raw bar) and steaks, but you can also get fresh salads, chops, and pasta. With nine appetizers to choose from, you can try a little of everything!

Live music starts every evening at 8 p.m. until closing. For a really special experience, take a 20 minute ride in the Amphicar.

D-Luxe Burger

I’m not sure what I love more at D-Luxe Burger, the burgers or the French fries! Ready for something different? Try the Southern Burger! It’s topped with bacon, pimento cheese, and a slice of fried green tomato.

I went with the Classic Cheeseburger and it was delightful! They also feature a chicken sandwich and a plant-based burger.

The shakes are scrumptious, and they even have a couple of boozy shakes like the Bananas Foster Gelato Shake. How can you not?

D-Luxe Burger also serves wine and beer, and has an incredibly long list of allergy-friendly foods, so there really is something for everyone.

The Edison

The Edison was designed after the restaurant of the same name in Los Angeles, built underground in an old restored power plant. Of course, The Edison in Disney Springs above ground, but the 1920s vibe is the same.

With seven different dining and bar areas and great views, this is a fun spot for a family meal. You’ll find salads, steaks, short rib, salmon, burgers (including a plant-based version) and a few other specialties on the entree menu.

For an appetizer, the clothesline bacon is a must. It’s a fabulous presentation and so delicious!

Even the appetizer of Electri-Fries are over-the-top, with bacon, cheese, green onion, and their special sauce.

House of Blues

You’ll find New Orleans style fare like Jambalaya and Memphis-style baby back ribs at this fun and lively spot. Decorated with art and sculptures from the Delta-region, be sure to take a walk around to see it all.

House of Blues is famous for their Brunch, and with good reason. The Chicken ‘N’ Donuts isn’t a meal you’ll have the chance to eat every day!

Those bottomless Bloody Marys and Mimosas for just $16 are a great value and a fun way to spend an afternoon or evening in Disney Springs.

Jaleo by José Andrés

Don’t hate me on this one, but this is the only meal we’ve had in Disney Springs we did not love. As we’ve only been once, I’m hoping we just didn’t order well.

The Paella looked and smelled incredible, but we decided on appetizers as we love tapas. The Endives with goat cheese, oranges, and almonds was just okay.

The Croquetas de Pollo tasted like cream of chicken soup inside a croquette. Granted it is on the Kid’s Menu, but it sounded good. We didn’t care for it, but it was a nice presentation.

The Very Famous Shrimp with garlic was delicious, which I was glad to see as we had almost given up. The crusty bread was perfect for sopping up the leftover garlicky oil. Yum!

I was in Spain last month (see things to do in Palma) and fell in love with the Tomato Toast they are so famous for, so now I can’t wait to go back and try Jaleo’s version. I’ll keep you posted.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar

This is a fun aviation themed restaurant with excellent food and service. We ordered the Air Pirate’s Cargo Loaded Pretzel and it was epic. You really must order this!

As we had only come in for a snack, we shared the pretzel and Citrus-Chipotle Pork Belly Tacos. Holy moly. Can’t wait to go back!

The menu boasts quite a few apps which always makes me happy, but the flatbreads and taco variations look amazing.

Morimoto Asia

If you love Asian food, this is a must. Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto brings together Japanese, Chinese, and Korean cuisine all in one spot.

The sushi is fresh and prepared expertly every time. The egg rolls are creative and delicious, and the ramen is out of this world. You just can’t go wrong here.

Morimoto Asia is also a really beautiful restaurant as you’ll notice the moment you walk in. This light and airy space makes dining here even more enjoyable. Take a look at the exhibition kitchen to watch the chefs in action.

Morimoto Asia Street Food

I walked a few miles when I was in Singapore (see Singapore Attractions) just to go to a street food market. It was worth it!

Though it’s a very limited menu with just two ramens and three appetizers, street food fans will rejoice when visiting this spot. Just order one of everything!

Tip: If you sit outside at the main restaurant you can order from the Street Food restaurant, too. Try one of their delicious Bubble Teas. This is another great spot if you’re in a hurry.

Planet Hollywood

The name tells you a bit about this restaurant, but between the Hollywood memorabilia, custom 3D animation, and popular music, you might feel like you’ve taken a trip to Tinseltown!

With dishes like the Hollywood Bowl, High Roller Sampler, and L.A. Lasagna, you’ll have a lot of deliciousness to choose from. Feel like a burger? Choose from five signature burgers from Guy Fieri.

Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant

In my opinion, Raglan Road is hands down the best restaurant in Disney Springs Florida. I have felt this way for many years now and nothing has changed my mind.

We have been visiting Raglan Road since we moved to Florida more than 12 years ago, back when celebrity chef Kevin Dundon was involved.

We were just there in October and the menu had changed a little, but still offered our favorites like Kiss Before Shrimp and Scallop Forest, but had something new called Pull The Boxty that we had to try. Very good move. Fantastic flavor!

Of course we had a flight, a must for beer lovers!

My daughter and I got the Let There Be No Rush Pork and it was heavenly.

My husband went with a burger, a first for him there, and he loved it. Desserts are also wonderful, and there’s entertainment of Irish dancers and live music every day starting at 5 p.m. See the showtimes.

Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop

Everything is wonderful, but how could it not be when you start with Ghirardelli chocolate? I’m a sea salt fan, so my favorites are the Ocean Beach Sea Salt Caramel ice cream sundae and the Sea Salt Caramel Hot Cocoa on a chilly evening.

Desserts are under $15. Lines can get extremely long but they move quickly.

Tip: While you’re waiting be sure to choose what you want! The menu is long and you don’t want to stand there deciding while a line is waiting behind you.

Gideon’s Bakehouse

Look for the really long line! You’ll wait longer here than at any of the best Disney Springs restaurants as it’s still a bit new.

We put our name in for a two hour wait as soon as we arrived (they’ll text you), and then waited about 20 minutes once in line. The menu items are limited to cookies, cakes, and drinks like Nitro Brews, milk, and sodas.

Is it worth if for a cookie or piece of cake? Well, this isn’t just any dessert. Each cookie is a whole half pound! They often have a morning and evening exclusive but they sell out quickly and often have a limit of one per person.

You can only go in if you wait in line, so don’t bother asking if you can take a peek. It’s understandable as they would have people wanting to look all day. But here’s a quick peek!

My daughter got a Cookies and Cream cookie which was like a chocolate chip cookie stuffed with sandwich cookie cream paired with a Peanut Butter Nitro Cold Brew. She said it was pretty decadent!

4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck

Mexican food fans will love this food truck. The Taco Cone is pretty big but you can take it with you as you continue to explore more of the best restaurants in Disney Springs!

You will have to finish it before going into any of the other restaurants or stores, but it’s so delicious, it won’t take long!

Other options are street tacos, burrito bowl, quesadillas, and more. The portions are all pretty large, so either share an appetizer or make this your meal. Entrées are $15 and under per person but everything is shareable, though the cone is a little harder to split.

The last time we visited we also saw a Mac and Cheese food truck and a Hot Diggity Dogs food truck, and I saw that Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet is also sometimes available. The food trucks rotate so there is no guarantee of which trucks will be there on the day you visit.

Whether you visit one of the fine dining signature restaurants for an upscale dining experience or grab a bite at a quick service restaurant, you’ll enjoy good food and family fun.

Where to Stay

You’ll have a lot of choices for where to stay. We love the Marriott Grand Vista (4 miles from WDW) and the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Resort, inside the WDW Resort and just across from Disney Springs.
