Ingredients

All you need for these refreshing popsicles is fruit! Pick up some strawberries, blueberries, apples, bananas, and kiwis and you’ll be set to make a couple of batches.

How to Make Healthy Homemade Popsicles

Slice up your ingredients, and purée them all in a blender.

Pour puréed fruit into Popsicle molds.

If you don’t have molds, pour the mixture into small cups or ice cube trays and cover with plastic wrap. After about 30 minutes when pops are partially frozen, stick a popsicle stick in the middle of each one.

Any leftovers make a delicious smoothie!

Freeze the strawberry popsicles for 4-6 hours, or until frozen solid.
