1 cup of blueberries (we used frozen blueberries)
Popsicle Molds (Bpa-free)
1. Slice up your ingredients, and purée them all in a blender.
2. Pour puréed fruit into Popsicle molds. (If you don’t have molds, pour the mixture into small cups or ice cube trays. Saran wrap the top. After about 30 minutes when pops are partially frozen, stick a popsicle stick in the middle of each one.) *Any leftovers make a delicious smoothie!
