Peach Cobbler Cocktail
This Peach Cobbler Cocktail is such a treat for summer parties, even if it’s just a party of two! Crown Royal Peach marries the flavor of Georgia peaches with that distinctive, smooth Crown Royal taste.
This recipe is surprisingly easy to make and will wow the guests at your next summer gathering. Who could say no to this decorative cocktail with a sugar rimmed glass? And the crushed graham crackers almost make it feel like a homemade dessert.
Depending on where you live, this cocktail is best enjoyed when local peaches are ripe. Peach season in the United States can start as early as March in warmer climates, and ends as late as September up north.
In Florida, peaches are in their prime earlier in the year thanks to the warm weather. Even if you can’t get your hands on perfectly ripe peaches, don’t fret! The peach-flavored whiskey is the real star of this drink, so you can count on a cocktail that’s rich and smooth any time of the year.

What You Need to Make a Peach Cobbler Cocktail
- 2 oz. Crown Royal Peach Whiskey
- 3 oz. RumChata cream liqueur
- Ice
- Fresh peaches for garnish (sliced)
- Crushed graham crackers for the rim
- Brown sugar for the rim
How to Make this Cocktail
Start by placing two saucers side by side. Add a tablespoon of Crown Royal to one saucer.
Add a bit of the graham cracker crumbs and a bit of brown sugar to the other saucer.Â
Dip the rim of your cocktail glass first into the Crown Royal, then into the graham cracker mixture. Set aside.
Add ice and Crown Royal to a cocktail shaker.
Add RumChata.
Shake until well combined and chilled, but not too long as the flavor may get watered down. Pour the cocktail into the glass and garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
With your cocktail complete, you can sip this sweet and fragrant drink all summer long.
Tips and Substitutions
- For a cocktail that’s less on the sweet side, swap half of the Rumchata for half and half.
- If you’d like, you can muddle peach slices at the bottom of your glass for even more of that summery peach flavor.
- Feeling extra indulgent, or planning on enjoying this delicious drink after dinner? You can top your peach cobbler cocktail with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and beat the heat with one of this summer’s best flavors.
- Love a frozen drink? Toss this in the blender for a frozen version. See our article about how to choose the best blender for frozen drinks.
- You might think that adding a squeeze of lemon could add a nice bit of tart, but we don’t recommend it! Adding acidic ingredients like lemon could cause ingredients containing dairy, like a creme liqueur, to curdle.
