Peach Cobbler Cocktail
This is the perfect cocktail for summer parties, even if it's just a party of two! Crown Royal Peach marries the flavor of Georgia peaches with that distinctive Crown Royal taste.

- 2 oz. Crown Royal Peach
- 3 oz. Rumchata
- Ice
- Fresh peaches for garnish
- Crushed graham crackers for the rim
- Brown sugar for the rim
To Rim the Glass
Place two saucers side by side. Add a tablespoon of Crown Royal to one saucer.
Add a bit of crushed graham crackers and a bit of brown sugar to the other saucer.
Dip the rim of the glass first into the Crown Royal, then into the graham cracker mixture. Set aside.
To Make the Drink
Add ice, Crown Royal, and Rumchata to a cocktail shaker. Shake until well combined and chilled, but not too long as the flavor will get watered down.
Pour the cocktai into the glass and garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
For a less sweet cocktail, swap half of the Rumchata for half and half.
