Peach Cobbler Cocktail

This is the perfect cocktail for summer parties, even if it's just a party of two! Crown Royal Peach marries the flavor of Georgia peaches with that distinctive Crown Royal taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Crown Royal Peach
  • 3 oz. Rumchata
  • Ice
  • Fresh peaches for garnish
  • Crushed graham crackers for the rim
  • Brown sugar for the rim

Instructions

To Rim the Glass

  • Place two saucers side by side. Add a tablespoon of Crown Royal to one saucer.
  • Add a bit of crushed graham crackers and a bit of brown sugar to the other saucer.
  • Dip the rim of the glass first into the Crown Royal, then into the graham cracker mixture. Set aside.

To Make the Drink

  • Add ice, Crown Royal, and Rumchata to a cocktail shaker. Shake until well combined and chilled, but not too long as the flavor will get watered down.
  • Pour the cocktai into the glass and garnish with a slice of fresh peach.

Notes

For a less sweet cocktail, swap half of the Rumchata for half and half.
