Simple Summer cocktails were made for lazier days. We love summer evenings, with the sun setting later this time of year. Life seems a bit more relaxed, even during the week. Pineapple Margarita

I’ve been drinking pina coladas for a long time, but adding coconut rum just makes it so much better. We prefer Malibu, and we might pour a little heavier on the weekends. Just sayin’. Get the recipe: Malibu Rum Pina Colada

Grapefruit Mimosa

We like Mimosas any way you make them. Orange juice, cranberry juice, and even pineapple juice are delicious when paired with champagne. The grapefruit juice is refreshing and pairs perfectly. Get the recipe: Grapefruit Mimosa

Green Apple Martini

Typically, drinks made with apples get pushed to Autumn, but this green apple martini is so crisp and refreshing that we just had to include it. Made with vodka, sour apple, and apple juice, serve this one ice cold. Get the recipe: Green Apple Martini
