Prep the plastic shot cups by placing them on a cookie sheet or baking pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the boiling water and the jello mix until dissolved.
Stir in cold water.
Add caramel vodka.
Pour jello mixture into the plastic cups, leaving space for the caramel sauce.
Place jello cups into the refrigerator and chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
When it is time to serve, top each jello shot with 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce and garnish with a caramel candy.
