Salad is the perfect healthy food as you can pack it full of vegetables, especially in summer when they are so fresh. The key is to organize all your ingredients so you can make several days worth of salads in one day, or at least prepare most of the ingredients. I try to do mine in mason jars as they stay really fresh. You’ll find chicken, turkey, and shrimp in some of these recipes, as well as vegetarian recipes. Consider a bowl of soup to make it the perfect dinner recipe.
