Strawberry Mango Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • cups frozen mango
  • cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of orange juice divided
  • Juice of 2 limes divided
  • 4 oz. rum divided
  • Fresh strawberries and lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Add frozen mango, half a cup of orange juice, the juice of one lime, and 2 oz. rum to the blender and blend for about a minute, until creamy and smooth. Pour into a plastic cup and move to the freezer to keep cold while you create the next layer.
  • Step 2: Add the frozen strawberries, half a cup of orange juice, the juice of one lime, and 2 oz. of rum and blend until smooth, about a minute.
  • Step 3: Alternate the strawberry and mango mixtures, pouring into your favorite cocktail glass layer by layer. Our drink has two layers of each.
  • Step 4: Garnish with fresh strawberries and lime slices.

Notes

Use crushed ice over cubed when you can.
Have all ingredients prepped before you begin, including garnishes.
Keep alternate layers cold in the freezer while you work.
