- 1 tablespoon chocolate melted
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ tablespoon caramel syrup
- 1 jumbo marshmallow
- 1.5 ounces Bird Dog Salted Caramel Whiskey
Melt chocolate in microwave. Dip martini glass in chocolate. Set aside.
Cut the marshmallow in half. Set aside.
Add half of the marshmallow to sauce pan along with milk and caramel over medium heat, stirring often. If the mixture starts to boil, turn heat down to medium low.
Once the marshmallow has melted, remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
Add Bird Dog Salted Caramel flavored Whiskey to pan and stir.
Pour mixture over ice to chill slightly.
Pour cocktail into a martini glass.
Toast the other half of the marshmallow with a torch or over a fire pit.
Top cocktail with toasted marshmallow and enjoy!
