Salted Caramel Whisky Cocktail

Equipment

  • Torch optional. Can toast marshmallow over a fire, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chocolate melted
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ tablespoon caramel syrup
  • 1 jumbo marshmallow
  • 1.5 ounces Bird Dog Salted Caramel Whiskey

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate in microwave. Dip martini glass in chocolate. Set aside.
  • Cut the marshmallow in half. Set aside.
  • Add half of the marshmallow to sauce pan along with milk and caramel over medium heat, stirring often. If the mixture starts to boil, turn heat down to medium low.
  • Once the marshmallow has melted, remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Add Bird Dog Salted Caramel flavored Whiskey to pan and stir.
  • Pour mixture over ice to chill slightly.
  • Pour cocktail into a martini glass.
  • Toast the other half of the marshmallow with a torch or over a fire pit.
  • Top cocktail with toasted marshmallow and enjoy!
