Berry Mint Yogurt Smoothie

You are going to love the flavors in this Berry Mint Yogurt Smoothie. We're switching from eating high-sugar fruit yogurt to blending plain Greek yogurt in a delicious and healthy smoothie.

Ingredients

Ingredients (6 Servings)

  • 3 Cups milk
  • ½ Cup green tea
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Cup blueberries
  • ½ Cup raspberries
  • 2 Tbsps maple syrup
  • Mint leaves to taste

Instructions

Directions

  • Slice the banana and add to a blender.
  • Add the milk, green tea, yogurt, raspberries, and ⅔ cup blueberries. Pulse until well mixed.
  • Add the maple syrup and ice.
  • Add the maple syrup and ice.
  • Blend for 30 seconds.
  • Serve in rock glasses, garnish with some blueberries and mint leaves.
    Enjoy chilled.
