Mango Slaw
This sweet and crunchy mango slaw is so delicious, and perfect with grilled meat or seafood. You can also use this to add to tacos or even on a burger.

- 3 C shredded cabbage
- 2 mangoes large
- 1/2 C cilantro
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 T honey or agave
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp poppy seeds
Add all ingredients except poppy seeds in a large bowl. Mix well.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds and mix again.
Cover bowl and refrigerate for 45 minutes to a couple of hours. Serve.
