Mango Slaw

This sweet and crunchy mango slaw is so delicious, and perfect with grilled meat or seafood. You can also use this to add to tacos or even on a burger.

Ingredients

  • 3 C shredded cabbage
  • 2 mangoes large
  • ½ C cilantro
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 1 T honey or agave
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • ¼ teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except poppy seeds in a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds and mix again.
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate for 45 minutes to a couple of hours. Serve.
