Vegan Hummus Recipe

A delightful bean dip originating in the Middle East. Delicious with pita bread, crackers, or as a dip for vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Canned Chickpeas 15 ounce
  • 3 ½ T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 T tahini
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1 ½ T fresh lemon juice
  • salt
  • Pomegranate seeds for topping optional

Instructions

  • Blend the first 6 ingredients in a food processor. Season with salt to taste.
  • Top with pomegranate seeds.
