  • 1 ounce dry gin
  • 1 ounce lime juice

Instructions

  • In a chilled martini glass, pour the honey and let it settle at the bottom.
  • Slowly pour the grenadine syrup over the back of a spoon into the glass to create the second layer.
  • Continuing with the spoon technique, pour the Midori slowly to form the third layer.
  • Next, pour the blue curacao using the same method to create the fourth layer.
  • Carefully pour the dry gin over the spoon to form the fifth layer.
  • Lastly, pour the lime juice slowly over the spoon to create the top layer.
  • Optionally, garnish with a lime wheel or any decorative garnish of your choice.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Pouring each ingredient slowly and using the spoon technique is crucial to achieving distinct color layers in the cocktail. Take your time and pour each ingredient carefully to create the desired effect.
It's recommended to use a steady hand and pour the ingredients over the back of a spoon to control the flow and prevent the layers from mixing.
The thickness and density of the ingredients may vary, which can affect the layering. Adjust the pouring speed accordingly to achieve the best results.
