Fun & Festive Charcuterie Wreath

This festive charcuterie wreath is so easy to make. Just follow along with our simple instructions and you'll have the perfect appetizer to bring to holiday parties!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sliced salami and pepperoni
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 green olives
  • 8 mini pickles
  • 1 pound cheese I used a mix of pepper jack, Colby jack, and cheddar. You'll need 24 cubes.
  • 12 Rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  • Place one cherry tomato on 8 skewers.
  • Fold a piece of salami or pepperoni in half, then in half again. Place it on top of the tomato on the skewer.
  • Top the meat with a cheese cube.
  • Repeat with the remaining skewers.
  • Repeat the process with the 8 green olives and 8 mini pickles.
  • Arrange all the skewers in a circle on a large round serving platter, stacking the skewers on top of each other as needed.
  • Fill the spaces in between the skewers with rosemary sprigs.
