- 1 pound sliced salami and pepperoni
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 8 green olives
- 8 mini pickles
- 1 pound cheese I used a mix of pepper jack, Colby jack, and cheddar. You'll need 24 cubes.
- 12 Rosemary sprigs
Place one cherry tomato on 8 skewers.
Fold a piece of salami or pepperoni in half, then in half again. Place it on top of the tomato on the skewer.
Top the meat with a cheese cube.
Repeat with the remaining skewers.
Repeat the process with the 8 green olives and 8 mini pickles.
Arrange all the skewers in a circle on a large round serving platter, stacking the skewers on top of each other as needed.
Fill the spaces in between the skewers with rosemary sprigs.
