- 8 ounce cream cheese softened
- ½ cup marshmallow fluff
- ½ cup Cool Whip
- ½ cup Confectioners’ Sugar or Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Andes peppermint chocolates crumbled or mint chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- Crushed peppermints or candy canes to garnish
Beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer or stand mixer until light and fluffy.
Mix together the Cool Whip, marshmallow fluff, and cream cheese in a large bowl.
Fold in the confectioners’ sugar until combined.
Gently stir in Andes chocolate mints or mint chocolate chips.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Gently stir until all ingredients are combined.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours before serving.
Immediately before serving, garnish with candy cane or peppermint bits.
Get creative with your serving bowl. If you have a Christmas tree-shaped dish, use that to hold the dip. Then decorate it to look like a Christmas tree with candies.
Use this dip for piles of “snow” around a gingerbread house – and then let people break apart the gingerbread house to enjoy the dip!
Dust with edible glitter or sparkling sugar to give it a shimmery appearance. It won’t change the flavor or texture really, but it will add a little extra pizazz. If you’d rather add some holiday colors, get creative! Bring out your red and green sprinkles, holiday sprinkles, or any festive sprinkles that strike your fancy.
