Raspberry Moscow Mule
A delicious cocktail flavored with raspberry and ginger.

To Make Raspberry Moscow Mule Cocktail
- 1/3 C raspberries plus a couple of extras set aside for garnish.
- 2 T candied ginger
- 4 mint leaves plus a sprig for garnish
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 3/4 cup soda water
- 1/4 lime divided into 2 pieces
- 1 T simple syrup or to taste
- 1 shot Wheatley Vodka
Gather your ingredients. Wash and dry 10 raspberries (about 1/3 cup) plus a couple of extras set aside for garnish.
Muddle the raspberries with 2 tablespoons of candied ginger and 4 leaves of mint in a shaker glass.
Releasing the flavors of the candied ginger takes a little time, so muddle well.
Add a 1/8 tsp ground ginger and the juice of 1/8 lime wedge. Stir.
Add simple syrup to taste. We added 1 tablespoon. Stir.
Add 1 shot of Wheatley Vodka. Add ice cubes. Stir gently.
Using a cocktail strainer, pour the cocktail over ice cubes in a mule mug.
Garnish with a couple of raspberries, a lime wedge, and a sprig of mint. Enjoy.
