Easy Breakfast Parfaits

These easy breakfast parfaits are delicious and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 C Cottage Cheese
  • tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract) or vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp honey
  • ¾ C papaya chopped
  • ¾ C peaches chopped
  • 4 sprigs mint

Instructions

  • Mis the first three ingredients
  • Layer cottage cheese mixture in 4 small mason jars.
  • Top with a layer of papaya.
  • Top with a layer of peaches.
  • Add mint sprig.
