- 1 box chocolate cake mix prepared in a 9x13 pan
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup peanuts crushed
- 2 containers chocolate frosting
- 12 fun size Snickers bars chopped
Mix the cake mix in a large bowl, heat oven, and bake cake according to the package directions.
Pour caramel syrup over the cake until the filling seeps to the bottom.
Top holes with half of the chopped peanuts. Set aside the other half to sprinkle on top.
Carefully and patiently spread the chocolate frosting over the top of the cake.
Sprinkle the remaining cocktail peanuts and the chopped Snickers candy bar (cut into small pieces), decorating as you please.
When making a box cake, adding an extra egg makes the cake even more moist. You can use any kind of chocolate box cake mix.
When spreading the frosting on the cake, try not to disturb the peanuts too much, keeping them under the frosting.
