Small forks, spoons, toothpicks
Serving dishes or jars for spreads
- 7 ounces Galileo® Salame 1 package
- 7 ounces Galileo® Pepperoni 1 package
- 8 ounces Gouda cheese
- 8 ounces Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup pistachio nuts
- ½ cup mixed nuts
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup bruschetta spread
- ½ cup green olive spread
- ½ cup sweet gherkins
- ½ baguette toasted
- ½ cup green olives large
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup sweet peppers
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 16 crackers assorted
Decide where each item will go on your board, placing sticky notes in each spot.
Place the non-perishable items like crackers, nuts, olives, and vegetables on the board first.
Add in Galileo® Salame and Galileo® Pepperoni.
Add cheeses and jars or bowls of spreads.
Add forks, spoons, and toothpicks.
Fill in empty spots with rosemary or your favorite fresh herb.
Work out placement of your items well in advance so you aren't rushing. Start with items served at room temperature like nuts, crackers, dried fruit, and honey, so your Galileo® Salame, Galileo® Pepperoni, and cheeses can be put on the board just before serving.
Fill in the empty spaces with fresh herbs or more smaller items like nuts.
Leftover perishable items like the meats and cheeses will need to be refrigerated.
