MARGARITA STYLE PORK SPARE RIBS RECIPE
You can’t go wrong with this easy pork spare ribs recipe. Almost everyone loves tender, juicy, grilled ribs. These are perfect for a dinner at home, and just as easy to pack up for a tailgate party or any event where you need to bring a dish to share. Makes 2 racks of pork baby back ribs.

Ingredients
- 2 racks pork spare ribs 4 per person
- 1/3 C Tequila
- 1/2 C Sweet and Sour mix
- 1/2 C cold water
- 3 limes juiced and zest
- 3 TBSP sea salt
- 3 TBSP Creole seasoning
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1 TSP Cayenne pepper
- 1 orange juiced
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Tear off a large sheet of tin foil.
Place one rack of ribs on the tin foil and fold around the edges to make a box.
Add 1 C of the marinade to the ribs, cover with another sheet of foil and let the ribs soak for 2 hours.
During the last 30 minutes of the soak time, preheat your BBQ grill.
Place the ribs on the grill at low heat for 2-3 hours.
