Easy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 pound Sage sausage
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 6 slices sourdough bread cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dry Colman's Mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Brown sausage and drain well. Set aside.
  • Whisk eggs until foamy.
  • Add milk, Colman's Mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Stir well.
  • Gently fold in bread, making sure all is combined.
  • Add sausage and cheese. Stir well.
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
  • Pour into greased 9 by 11 inch pan.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes. When a knife inserted in middle comes out clean, it's done!
