Easy Breakfast Parfaits
These easy breakfast parfaits are delicious and healthy!

- 1 C Cottage Cheese
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract) or vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon honey
- ¾ C papaya chopped
- ¾ C peaches chopped
- 4 sprigs mint
Mis the first three ingredients
Layer cottage cheese mixture in 4 small mason jars.
Top with a layer of papaya.
Top with a layer of peaches.
Add mint sprig.
