How to Make the Beaches Sake Cruise

I had so much fun with Randell, the bartender at Kimonos, when visiting Beaches Resort in Turks and Caicos.

If you’re looking for cocktails, don’t leave before checking out this Raspberry Mojito Recipe and this Crown Peach drink. Serve your drinks with this simple charcuterie board!

Why We Love This Cocktail

I was at the Beaches Resort for the Beaches Social Media on the Sand conference, and a honored to be a Beaches Mom the first year they started the program.

Randell is the epitome of the staff at Beaches; laid back, so sweet, and ready to serve!

He will make you any drink you ask for. As they say at Beaches, the only no you’ll hear is No problem!

I was meeting friends for dinner at Kimonos and arrived at 6 to realize our reservation was at 6:30.

A half an hour to kill, nowhere to go, an empty barstool calling my name!

I asked the Randell what I should try, and he suggested a Sake Cruise.

It was love at first sip! Having a Sake Cruise without Randell just isn’t the same, so here’s a video you can enjoy to see how it’s really done! Nice and easy!

What You Need to Make It

You’ll need Sake, Vanilla Vodka, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, grenadine, and fresh pineapple for garnish.

How to Make It

The easiest drink you’ll ever make!

Fill a stemless wine glass with crushed ice

In a mixing tin (shaker) add all ingredients and stir with a spoon

Pour over ice and garnish with fresh crushed pineapple, a pineapple slice, and a pineapple leaf.

Enjoy!

Sake Cruise

This is one of the signature drinks served at Beaches & Sandals Resorts. It is so wonderful, you’ll be ordering it daily!

    1. They used regular cranberry juice, so I’m pretty sure it was sweetened, Nadine. But you could certainly make it with unsweetened! Enjoy and thanks so much for visiting!

  1. This is also my favorite drink at sandals and was so excited to actually find the recipe but unfortunately I am unable to view the full list of ingredients. Would you be so kind to email it to me? Also is there a specific sake to use as there are so many to choose from.

Thank you in advance. Happy new year!
