Make a batch of a few of these treats so they are on hand at all times for healthy eating! And if you’re just looking to cut back on sugar, check out this sugar free pound cake recipe. It’s delicious with fresh strawberries!

Most diets will deprive you of sweets of all kinds. The few that have sweets factored into the plan usually have bland, tasteless desserts that don’t truly satisfy that sweet tooth.

I don’t know about you, but if I’m allowed to eat something sweet when I want it (within reason, of course) I am very much less likely to cheat and be able to stay with the program.

A piece of apple with a smidge of peanut butter doesn’t really cut it for me when I want something sweet. Plus, my family is always asking me to make dessert. Trust me, your family will love these easy dessert recipes as much as you do!

Preparation

The key is being prepared and knowing those Weight Watchers recipes Smartpoints! That’s why I’m so excited to have all these great ideas in one place for you, most with low Points, too.

I have actually had a hard time using all my Weight Watchers points, especially when I’m exercising every day and getting those extra points for activity.

Why not reserve a few points for one of these really special chocolate recipes, like Snickers Bar Pie or Oreo Fluff? It’s all about being prepared!

No matter what you’re craving, there are Weight Watchers dessert recipes for you to try. Using a recipe that includes points value means you can enjoy it and lose that weight without worry.

Ingredients You Might Need

Make sure you have everyday ingredients on hand like vanilla extract, chocolate chips and cocoa powder for chocolate cravings, pudding mix, and artificial sweeteners if you use them.

Go ahead and choose a couple of favorites and add some of these ingredients to your grocery list now. It doesn’t help to have the recipes if you don’t make them!

Also good to know, Fat-Free Cool Whip is one Point less than Sugar-Free. A Point is a Point, and you can use that on something else!

TIP: By the way, you could take any of these sweet desserts to a party, and no one has to know they are Weight Watchers! This way you can have dessert at a gathering and still stay on track. (And your friends who are watching their weight will thank you.) Want to make something fun for the kids? They will love these turkey cupcakes!

Just click on any of the links within each delicious Weight Watchers recipe to go to the full instructions.

    1. It’s next after Strawberry Pie, Peggy. It’s number 21, I think. You have to scroll down a bit. I just looked and it’s there! Sorry you’re having trouble.

  1. You actually make it seem so easy along with your presentation but I to find this topic to be really one thing which I feel I would never understand.
It seems too complicated and extremely wide for me.
I’m looking ahead in your next publish, I’ll try to get the dangle of it!

  2. Nice recipes but they’d be a hundred times better with fresh made whip topping and scratch made cake vs all the processed stuff in box mixes and ready made items. A little preplanning can go a long way.

  3. Does anyone have Weight Watchers Books of approx. 10-15 years ago; also with the “slide” to determine number ofpoints?
I did so good with the books and would love to try again; I am not interested in the new ones – sorry. Thanks for any help you can offer.

  4. Just made the Pineapple Angel Food cake. It’s delicious, but is there a reason for NOT greasing the pan? I had a heck of a time getting it out of the (non-stick!) pan. Would a spritz of cooking spray cause any damage to the batter for some reason?

    1. Sorry, Joan, but that is the age-old problem with angel food cake. You are not supposed to grease the pan as angel food cake doesn’t contain leaveners and depends on steam and air to rise up the side of the pan. Cooling it upside down may help, and running a spatula or knife around the pan may help, too. I have heard of people using non-stick pans and the cake turning out fine, as well, so not sure. It’s not an easy cake to make for these reasons.. This is not actually my recipe, so you might ask the author on the site where you got the recipe. I just put together the round up of recipes. Live, Laugh, Rowe is the site and she is very sweet, so I’m sure she can help you. Thanks for visiting!

      1. I’ve made Angel Food cake more times than I can count, still using the aluminium pan my mom had, cake always sticks to the side the middle and bottom. First cool upside down on a bottle as soon as it comes from the oven fully cool the cake then Use a long knife and carefully go around the sides and tube, flip on cake dish and do the bottom. May have crumbs to be expected, but turns out lovely each time.
